		<description>Easiest answer would be the US Army.  If the surgery is done right and within the guidelines of the US Army, you can get flight status for a helicopter.  But, to be commissioned as any type of Officer with the Army you must resolve any citizenship issues.  Though, becoming a citizen here is pretty damn easy compared to a lot of other countries out there.</description>

		<description>You do know you have to be a citizen of that country to join it's Air Force, so if your own country doesn't allow surgery then sh!t bust.</description>
