Realistically you should not consider treatment until you are at least 20 odd. If you think your vision is bad now, it is almost certain to get worse through your teens until stabilising around your late teens / early twenties. I'd advise you to wear your glasses correctly, good proper use now will make for a better, stable and hence more predictably treatable prescription earlier. If it helps any, her in the US it can cost a couple thousand per eye. You can convert that to your money system.
