Should I wait to get laser eye surgery until after pregnancy?

I’m 23 and I don’t plan on getting pregnant for a good ten years. I’ve heard that your eyes can change during pregnancy. So the question really is - if I get pregnant and my eyes change, can I get the surgery again? I have an astigmatism and I’m afraid that if I wait too long to get the surgery done, my astigmatism will become worse and inoperable. Any suggestions?
