Is it possible to get better vision than 20/20 from lasik?

There was a commercial last December about a promo of Asian Eye Institute (Manila) about LASIK. I don’t know if I am perfect candidate for that kind of treatment or what are the risks involved if there are any. How long will it take for someone to have a full recovery after LASIK treatment.
