Are you able to get colored contacts without having an eye problem ?

Well, I wanted blue contacts .
Not that I have a problem with my current eye color, it’s just that I want to experience new things you know ?
.. I want a new look after spring break.
So, is it able to get colored contacts even though you have great vision? And would you have to get a doctor recommendation?

I had eye surgery when i was 3, cant find paperwork, recruiter said to not worry about it. Is this ok?

I have paperwork for other surgeries and everything else is in order. i dont wear glasses or contacts, and i have great vision.
