Yes, you feel nothing and right after the surgery you can automatically see better and are fully functional.

my stepdad, friend and aunt all did the surgery. after taking a nap they woke up and could see perfectly. you can probably work the same day but all waited until the next day.

If it actually works, about three weeks. But it’s pretty likely you might be wearing thick glasses for a long time too if the surgeon didn’t really finish his eye surgery classes.

Most people can return to work one to three days following surgery, but a rule of thumb is to wait until you feel up to it. Most return to normal activities as soon as the day after surgery.

I had my eyes laser surgery, and it was very pain full, i couldn’t see for 3days but after that everything was perfect. you should be really careful with you eyes. I got back to work on 5th day, you should,t take a shower or wash your face at least for 3 days, it will get heal little by little but when pain is gone, you don’t feel anything is wrong.
don’t forget to wear sunglasses all the time in 3 first days and whenever you go out you have to protect your eyes at least for six month and cant go swimming for 3months.
i know you feel its so much to do, but if your glasses really annoying and you are fed up with contact lenses. this is perfect to do.

In the vast majority of cases, recovery from LASIK eye surgery is quick and uneventful. However, as with most all medical procedures, there are certain risks, ut if you take the recommended precautions, you’ll have little to worry about.
Right after surgery you doctor will probably tell you to use these artificial tear drops every 15 minutes for the first four hours and then as often as needed. In some cases, dry eye may persist for 3 to 6 months.
Upon completion of LASIK eye surgery, the nerve impulses that trigger your lacrimal gland to produce tears may be interrupted, causing dry eye. Another after effect that sometimes occurs is halo or glare at night, especially when viewing bright lights. With new advancements in the LASIK process, this problem has become increasingly rare.
Although you can expect a sudden improvement immediately after LASIK eye surgery, you will also notice that your vision will continue to further improve over time. It can actually take up to six months for your new vision to reach its full potential.
In almost all cases, undesirable after effects are minimized with LASIK eye surgery. Follow your doctor’s instructions and you’ll be fast on the road to problem free recovery. Complications during recovery from LASIK eye surgery are rare, but they do occur. If you notice anything questionable during your recovery period, be sure to consult with your doctor immediately.
