Unfortunately there seems to be no natural remedy for this problem unless you believe in miracles. If you can live with this problem you could skip laser surgery which should only be a very last resort for eye problems. Contact lenses can actually damage your eyes and you are better off with glasses which, as far as I am concerned, are the lesser of the two evils. You could try contact lenses but if you want to permanently correct your eyes... that will be hard. My eyes sting when I take my glasses off, this is because the muscle is weak. Take your glasses off for a few hours each day. You can maybe try and read bigger text without straining your eyes. Screw up your eyes and then roll them around - do some of the tests (like the pen test that the option moves a pen away from your nose and then to the side) by yourself.
