Take off your classes and only use them when absolutely necessary. Practice eye exercises like trying to read far away and things like that. If you constantly wear your glasses your eyes will become dependent. After about 20 or 30 mins looking at the computer or TV look away on a nearby wall for about 2 or 3 mins or just look around the room.
