If I get Lasik done of friday will I be able to go out of town on Sat?

Geez. With the seriousness of the operation, and the money involved, don’t you think you should be asking the surgeon’s office these questions? They may or may not have issues with it, but relly, call their office and see what they recommend, not what people in here would do! Spectacle
