As a so-called “guinea pig”, mine was free. Best money I never spent, too. However, I realize those options are few and far between. umdbhik

Do not risk your vision and get lasik. It can go wrong and you can be seriously injured for life (blindness, or constant pain that will never go away). There are groups out there fighting the FDA to review lasik because even great doctors are doing lasik on people who should never get lasik. And, lasik isn’t permanent. I know someone who wants to get it re-done because his vision is not perfect anymore. Please, please, please, you do not want to live the rest of your life in pain or blind. I know way too many people who have had major complications after this surgery. And, eye sight is not something you want to mess around with. You can’t fix it. It’s not like an injured leg or arm. Please don’t do it! ♥
