How long after lasik can i start exercising?

A month is correct. I am currently working at a Corporation for lasik right now. Exercises is not good for you. Girl also can not wear eyes shadow for about 3 wks. Since I am an staff member I got my lasik for free, my sight is still good and I work on computer more than 12 hrs a day. Have you make your appointment for consultation? I recommend that you do because not all pt is a candidate to get lasik and make sure you get a doctor with long term experience. It should be free of charge. Your eye sight will be so clear right on the next morning. If you need any additional information, let me know. Hong N
