How i remove my eye numbers without eye surgery?

I presume you want to get rid of your nearsightedness and need for glasses. If you can’t have a surgical procedure, then you are going to be stuck with glasses or contacts (if they will let you do that in the army). There are some programs of eye exercises that you can get that are supposed to restore normal vision, but they are, for the most part, a total waste of money.

the best ways is Yoga and specially pranayaam in regular wil help you out try to walk a lot on green grass in the morning this will also help you out
