Does anyone have an eye problem that glasses nor surgery can fix?

I have impaired vision and i’m looking for someone to talk to that has the same problem it is called stargarths and it can’t be fixed, my night vision is really messed up and it is very impossible for me to see far away, i can’t even see peoples faces that are standig 7-10 feet in front of me, it’s really bad and i want to know what i can do or who i can see to fix it.

I have macular degeneration and it can’t be fixed either
