do you get free lasik when you reach high eye prescripton here in california?

no. no free lasik anywhere, no matter what Rx.
i guess pelosi could start working on that for ya…i wouldnt hold my breath
lasik doesnt fix myopia progression anyway. so the need to change Rx’s frequently actually PRECLUDES you from having lasik at any cost princeidoc
