did any of you had laser eye surgery? and did it reduce your diopter in zero?

Actually, glasses and artificial lenses are not treating eye ailments. By doing certain exercises you can restore your eyesight naturally on a daily basis. Try to improve your vision with no glasses, contacts and surgeries. uniperse

lena, i had lasik done 10 years ago and im still very happy with my eyesight.
todays technology is far more advanced then 10 yrs ago.
expect to have an outcome of 20/happy and not 20/20 because you might be disappointed if you don’t get a perfect 20/20. even though today’s results are amazing.
you might end up from plano (zero) to about +/- .50.
