Chances of getting into British Army after Laser Eye Surgery?

Hi, I currently wear contact lenses or glasses. Even with them on I don’t think I would pass the eye test.
I am thinking of having laser eye surgery when I’m 18-21, what are the chances I will get perfect vision & what are the chances my eyesight will get accepted to get me into the British Infantry?
