can you enlist in the coast guard if you had lasik eye surgery?

It depends on the job. The military PERFORMS lasik surgeries; so, obviously they are not banned across the board. I’ve heard that you can’t be a pilot at least for a period of time after having lasik. So, pick your MOS and then ASK!!!
My guess is that for most MOS’s you’re going to be fine. One Man’s Opinion

don’t know if you’d need another waiver but you should be fine. It’s a pretty common procedure for military personnel. AliL

You will need a new waiver. Despite the fact that we are all armed forces, the recruiting process is independent. What one department chooses to waive another may not. The Coast Guard does not grant as many waivers as the other services as our numbers are easier to meet without them. Talk to a recruiter. portland
