Anyone know how I can find the best ophthalmologist for eye surgery in CT or NYC?

Call the New York Optometric Association. Optometrists are the primary referring doctors to cataract surgeons. They would be in the best position to direct you as to where to go. The best thing to do would be to go in to an optometrist and have them recommend which surgeon you should go to.
